  7. How do I respond when things are unfair?
I would think about someone or some people who have had it harder than I have and think about how great-full I should be for what I have that others don’t, for a scenario; my friend is throwing a big party and I’m not invited, a bit unfair. But then I would think about some of the people that are not in the position to have ever attended any form of party. I would also ask someone else that has been in a similar position as me and ask them what they think I should do about it. But overall I recognise how lucky I am to have all that I do.

  12. When faced with an unfair situation, it’s important to open a constructive dialogue with the individual responsible for creating the inequity. Start by approaching them for a candid conversation about the fairness of the situation. In your discussion, make an effort to persuade them to rectify the issue and create a fairer environment. It’s crucial to remain composed and not create unnecessary conflict; instead, aim to find a solution that benefits both parties. Additionally, it’s valuable to inquire about their perspective to gain a better understanding of their point of view. Equally, you should also explain your own side of the story, helping them comprehend why the situation is unfair from your standpoint. Ultimately, fostering an atmosphere of collaboration and understanding will allow both parties to work together to improve fairness in the given context.
