Welcome to the Kiwi Kids Homework page for 7th - 11th May 2018.

This term our topic is MY COMMUNITY. Over the course of this term, you are going to complete activities that teach you about your community.

This week we are looking the definition of the word ‘community.’ Ask your parent, write you own and find the dictionary definition for community.  List community groups in your town / city, groups you belong to and the attributes / personal qualities needed to be a member of a group.

Over the course of this term you are going to complete activities to help you find out more about your community.

Secondly, find as many synonyms and antonyms for that word. Remember a synonym is a word that means the same and an antonym is a word that means the opposite.


This week you must record your score for the Kiwi Kids News Quiz.
