In a record-breaking performance, the New Zealand Kiwis achieved a remarkable victory over the Australian Kangaroos in the Pacific Cup final.

The final scoreline of 30-0 marked a historic margin, becoming the biggest losing margin in Australia’s Test history. From the beginning to the end of the match, the Kiwis displayed their dominance in every aspect of play.

Joseph Tapine, the Kiwis’ lock, played an outstanding role, while halves Dylan Brown and Jahrome Hughes controlled the game effortlessly. Winger Jamayne Isaako scored a double, continuing his impressive year. This victory was New Zealand’s first over Australia since 2018.

The match featured several notable moments, including a sensational length-of-the-field movement finished by Ronaldo Mulitalo, a ferocious tackle by Mulitalo on Valentine Holmes, a fantastic team try scored by Isaako, and strong performances by the Kiwis’ forwards. On the other hand, Australia struggled with missed tackles and a lack of intensity in their play.
