The Tall Blacks, New Zealand’s national men’s basketball team, have scored a thrilling victory against Jordan in a heart-pounding overtime match. The game took place during the men’s basketball world cup in Manila, and it was a nail-biting contest that had fans on the edge of their seats.

The Tall Blacks managed to secure a 95-87 win in overtime, and this victory means a lot for their standing in the tournament. With one win and one loss, New Zealand is still in the running for the second round of the competition.

The game was full of twists and turns. At one point, the Tall Blacks had an eight-point lead going into the final quarter. But Jordan fought back and managed to tie the scores by the end of the period, forcing the game into overtime.

During the overtime period, New Zealand took control and outscored Jordan 10-2, sealing their first win of the tournament. Izayah Le’afa was a star on the court, contributing 23 points, 5 rebounds, 5 assists, and 3 steals as a substitute player. He even hit a crucial three-pointer in overtime that helped secure the victory.

Shea Ili also played a dominant role with 15 points and 10 assists, while Finn Delany made a strong impact with 14 points, 11 of which were scored in the first quarter.

Former NBA forward Rondae Hollis-Jefferson was a standout performer for Jordan, scoring an impressive 39 points and grabbing 9 rebounds.
