Hairless Hamster gets new coat

October 24, 2016

A new sweater has been knitted for a tiny hairless hamster in the US state of Oregon. So luckily she will keep warm this winter!

The hamster, named Silky, is one-year-old. She was born hairless due to a genetic mutation, except for short curly whiskers on her snout.

Silky will be available for adoption soon – preferably in a well-heated home.

Thats so nice of the people who did that most people would probably just leave it.

That's so adorable <3 I wish I could adopt her, but I wouldn't have anywhere suitable for her to live. It's such a cute jumper though 😀

Kids are delicious.
